sowie insbesondere zur Krankenversicherung ein informatives Nachschlagewerk
f\u00fcr Luxemburg-Grenzg\u00e4nger, Personalabteilungen,
Rechtsanw\u00e4lte\u00a0und\u00a0Steuerberater, aber auch f\u00fcr Beh\u00f6rden, die
mit Luxemburg-Grenzg\u00e4ngern zu tun haben und sich grundliegend
informieren wollen.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der in\u00a02017 durchgef\u00fchrten gro\u00dfen Steuerreform
erschien eine Neuauflage<\/b>\u00a0des umfangreichen Nachschlagewerkes.

Schwerpunkt des Buches ist das Steuerrecht f\u00fcr Grenzg\u00e4nger.<\/b>
Erl\u00e4utert werden die deutsche und luxemburgische Steuererkl\u00e4rung.<\/p>\n

Neu aufgenommen wurden die
Verst\u00e4ndigungsvereinbarungen aus dem Jahr 2011 und das neue DBA ab dem Jahr 2014.

Entsprechende Urteile des BFH und EuGH runden das Buch ab.<\/p>\n

Insbesondere aber die\u00a0luxemburger Steuerreform 2017-2018<\/b>\u00a0wurde eingearbeitet.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der erweiterten Ausf\u00fchrungen zum Steuerrecht konnten die Themen Familienleistungen und Sozialversicherungsrecht nicht mehr aufgenommen werden. Hier ist zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt ein eigenes Werk geplant.<\/p>\n

Die „Verfallszeit“ des luxemburgischen Steuerrechts ist bei weitem nicht mit\u00a0dem deutschen Steuerrecht zu vergleichen. Insofern wird auch die 2. Auflage f\u00fcr lange Zeit aktuell bleiben.<\/p>\n

Grenzg\u00e4nger\u00a0k\u00f6nnen damit ihre Steuererkl\u00e4rungen selbst fertigen.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
